Business Lines of Credit

A revolving limit you draw against when you need it and pay interest on only what you use. The right tool for the gap between sending an invoice and getting paid.

Who this is for

A good fit if

  • Your customers pay on net-30 or net-60 terms
  • You want a safety net in place before you need it
  • You have short, recurring needs — materials, seasonal inventory, payroll timing
  • You would rather pay for capital only in the weeks you use it

Probably not if

  • You need one large lump sum for a single purchase
  • You would leave it fully drawn indefinitely — a term loan is cheaper
  • The business is under a year old

How repayment works

Once approved, you have a limit. Draw any amount up to it, as often as you need. Each draw is repaid on a short schedule — usually weekly or monthly — and as you pay it down, the available limit is restored. You are charged only on the outstanding balance, never on the unused limit.

What you'll need

  • Three to six months of bank statements
  • A one-page application
  • Copy of your ID
  • Business tax return for larger limits

Questions people ask about this

What happens if I never draw?

Nothing. Most of our line partners charge no fee for an undrawn line, so it can sit as a backstop.

Can the limit increase?

Yes. Partners typically review after three to six months of on-time repayment and raise limits for strong accounts.

Is this the same as a credit card?

No. Lines fund directly to your bank account, carry higher limits, and are priced for larger draws. Credit cards are better for everyday spend.
