Business Term Loans
A lump sum with a fixed repayment schedule and a known end date. Built for equipment, buildouts, expansion, or replacing more expensive debt with cheaper debt.
Who this is for
A good fit if
- You are buying equipment, a vehicle, or a second location
- You want one predictable monthly payment you can budget around
- You have two or more years of returns and clean statements
- You are consolidating advances into a longer, cheaper structure
Probably not if
- You need money in the next 48 hours
- The business is under a year old
- You cannot show consistent profitability on tax returns
How repayment works
You receive the full amount at closing and repay it in equal installments — usually monthly — over the agreed term. Each payment covers interest and principal, so the balance goes to zero on the last payment. Rates are fixed for the life of the loan.
What you'll need
- Six months of bank statements
- Two years of business tax returns
- Year-to-date profit and loss
- Business debt schedule
- A one-page application
Questions people ask about this
How is this different from a bank loan?
The structure is the same. The difference is speed and flexibility: our funding partners decide in days, not weeks, and will consider files banks pass on.
Is collateral required?
Often a blanket lien on business assets and a personal guarantee. Specific collateral is usually only required for equipment financing.
Can I refinance existing advances?
Yes — consolidation is one of the most common uses. We will run the numbers and show you whether it actually lowers your monthly outflow before you commit.
